* Fixes to improve ios_system idempotency (#38303)
Added detection of additional formatting for domain_name, domain_search,
lookup_source, and lookup_enabled on some software versions. In each
case they failed to detect existing commands with a '-' in it.

This change corrects problems reported by the `yamllint` linter.
Since key duplication problems were removed in 4d48711, this commit
mainly fixes trailing spaces and extra empty lines at beginning/end of
files.
