This continues ansible-modules-core#1558, and
ansible-modules-core#1669
Allow specifying installroot for the yum and dnf modules
to install and remove packages in a location other than /.
* Remove empty aliases
* Simpler installroot set default logic
This change corrects problems reported by the `yamllint` linter.
Since key duplication problems were removed in 4d48711, this commit
mainly fixes trailing spaces and extra empty lines at beginning/end of
files.
