disable the "variable refresh rate" (Free-Sync / G-Sync) in Retroarch 
disable the "variable refresh rate" (Free-Sync / G-Sync) in Retroarch, as it seems unnecessary for the Anbernic devices (as far as I know) and it can cause stutterings
