a8c5dd560e moonlight : bump package 
latest commit fixes a problem with moonlight-embedded crashing immediately when the server is running sunshine with an AMD or Intel gpu.

disable the "variable refresh rate" (Free-Sync / G-Sync) in Retroarch, as it seems unnecessary for the Anbernic devices (as far as I know) and it can cause stutterings
