Change to L1 and R1 to scroll through game lists.

Currently L2 and R2 are the defaults for scrolling through game lists.
This will be more comfortable on the RG552.

* Refactor the default theme so it lives in the system partition and is linked to the ES themes directory. This allows the theme to be updated along with system updates, and cuts the space needed for the theme in half. It is renamed to system-theme so it won't interfere with a user installed Art Book theme.

* Quiet - the current default fan curve (Set by default)
* Moderate - Low speed default, scales slightly more aggressively.
* Aggressive - Always on, full speed.
* Custom - Utilizes ~/.config/fancontrol.conf to allow user modified curves
