Also reduce bluetooth agent sleep duration. Init dependencies mean its not that sensitive.

a7d633da5c
Add support for configuring the boot UI while in kiosk mode (Weston only). This enables users to boot right into an emulator or into RetroArch, however the features of ES will be unavailable.
