* Historically JELOS configured CPU/GPU/DMC performance modes via a single scheduling function. Prior to implementing powerstate we extended that functionality to also manage AMD GPU performance. This functionality conflicts with powerstate and has been deprecated in favor of new behavior that allows ARM devices to utilize the GPU performance feature previously available for AMD devices only.

Set the card 0 volume to 100% and then set the system volume. This corrects conditions where the pipewire volume is not the same as the card 0 volume which results in low volume output.

Update start_pico8.sh
...
from testing on RGB30 and Loki Zero I am seeing the following:
aarch64 (which is I think covers all of our arm devices) needs and looks for the pico8_64 + pico8.dat files from the raspberry pi zip
x86 works with the pico8_dyn + pico8.dat files from the linux 64 zip
So with that in mind I think the changes in this commit cover those use cases. I've tested on my RGB30, RG351P and Loki Zero and it looks to work well across each.
