kibana: keep plugins alongside keg

This commit modifies the Kibana formula to keep the installedPlugins
directory alongside the Kibana keg. This is to address an issue for
plugins that are implicitly depending on node modules from Kibana.

Closes Homebrew/homebrew#48951.
