packetbeat: use #{var}/log instead of #{var}/logs
All the other elastic beats formulae (auditbeat, filebeat, heartbeat and metricbeat) have been using #{var}/log, so packetbeat should, too. Closes #22835. Signed-off-by: ilovezfs <ilovezfs@icloud.com>
