ipmiutil 2.9.5

Fix configure bug and link failure

configure on OSX is broken: it assumes that MD2 is not available without
testing (too conservative, except when using Homebrew's OpenSSL), but
then does not put the flag in any variable that is actually used.

In fact, if you --enable-gpl, they even have a reimplementation of MD2.
We should expose that flag.

Closes Homebrew/homebrew#36530.
