pdfgrep: fix HEAD build

Browse source 
The remaining error in the HEAD build is due to Homebrew's version of
poppler (0.29.0) not being new enough.  An update to poppler has been in
the works for a while (see Homebrew/homebrew#37280).

Closes Homebrew/homebrew#39301.
