graphicsmagick: disable OpenMP, adjust fails_with

Browse source 
graphicsmagick needs `--disable-openmp` if clang. Add that.
Fixes a link error when it adds an unsupported `-lgomp`.
Update the `fails_with :llvm` because it builds with 2336.11.

Fixes Homebrew/homebrew#14638

Closes Homebrew/homebrew#14652.
