mutt: remove bad patches
The trash-patch and pgp-verbose-mime-patch no longer apply cleanly, and are being removed. Maintaining the many (often out-of-date) patches that mutt users rely on is not something we have the time or expertise to do. We do however have a very flexible tap system that the mutt community can use to maintain their own version of this formula with better support for patches: https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew/blob/master/share/doc/homebrew/How-to-Create-and-Maintain-a-Tap.md Closes Homebrew/homebrew#43647.

# Note: Mutt has a large number of non-upstream patches available for
# it, some of which conflict with each other. These patches are also
# not kept up-to-date when new versions of mutt (occasionally) come
# out. To reduce Homebrew's maintenance burden, new patches are not

# being accepted for this formula. Mutt power-users are encouraged to

# copy the formula and modify it locally, adding needed patches.
