lilypond: vendor an older texinfo
Due to an acknowledged LilyPond bug, the latest version of Texinfo (5.1) breaks compilation with the --with-doc option. As a workaround, we now install the older Texinfo 4.13a using a sub-formula. Closes Homebrew/homebrew#20998. Signed-off-by: Adam Vandenberg <flangy@gmail.com>
