Specify "build" but not "host" for gmp and mpfr
...
The "--host" flag to configure defaults to "--build", and explicitly
passing it is normally reserved for cross-compiling.

mpfr - default to 64-bit because gmp does
...
Mpfr depends on gmp. When gmp is built, it defaults to 64-bit on capable
hardware. Mpfr does not, which causes a configure error.

mpfr has recently released version 3.0. This means mpfr-current
points to 3.0, not 2.4.2.
