Less deps for Gloox, and it works better too
...
Had reports that gnutls broke gloox for https connnections. But good ol' comes-with-osx openssl works.

s/require 'brewkit'/require 'formula'/g
...
brewkit.rb changes ENV destructively, so lets not do that everytime a formula
is required. Now it's possible for other tools to require a formula
description without worrying about side-effects.
