brewkit.rb changes ENV destructively, so lets not do that everytime a formula
is required. Now it's possible for other tools to require a formula
description without worrying about side-effects.
GNU Aspell is a Free and Open Source spell checker designed to eventually
replace Ispell.
A pretty vanilla formula. I don't know what configure options would be
useful. As it is, it works for me with Emacs.
