Wireshark continues to build with no X11 support by default, but --with-x is
available to add support for the X11 GUI to wireshark.
Includes patch from wireshark svn that fixes a crash on launch.

* ENV.x11 now updates path, so remove that from individual brews
brewkit.rb changes ENV destructively, so lets not do that everytime a formula
is required. Now it's possible for other tools to require a formula
description without worrying about side-effects.
