Bump version and remove go resource definitions as the project vendors everything since 1.0.0.

Some descriptions were added before the mass immigration of descs,
and this commit brings them in line with the original specs of
the brew-desc project:
- removed articles at the beginnings of descriptions
- shortened many descriptions
- removed formula names from descriptions
