These will be used to unify the label namespaces in embedded plists,
i.e. 'homebrew.mxcl.<formula>'.
plist_path returns the full path to a plist file located at the top
level of the keg; plist_path.basename can be used if just the filename
is needed.

The offline-imap package gets a fair bit of development. Sometimes it's
useful to upgrade to head; this change adds the ability to do that.

add offlineimap alias, sample configurations, plist, and caveats to instruct
user getting started with a sample configuration and installing plist into
lauchd to start offlineimap on startup and on have it run every 5 minutes
