This library resolves an incompatibility between gfortran and Accelerate.framework by providing gfortran-compatible entry points for a few BLAS functions that still use the f77 calling conventions. When using this library, make sure the linker sees it before Accelerate.framework, eg by using "-ldotwrp -framework Accelerate".
