nibbles 2bits	53f80afcaa	lzip 1.13 ... * Upgrade lzip to version 1.13. * Remove --man flag because it installs to the correct location. * Add make check because it's a compression program, and data integrity seems worth the 2 sec. extra. * Add ENV.j1 for make install, otherwise it will occasionally fail.
