Update redis to 1.2.1
...
* Use built-in conf file, with replacements, rather than duplicating
it entirely.
* Use GCC to compile, until possible LLVM issues are tracked down.

s/require 'brewkit'/require 'formula'/g
...
brewkit.rb changes ENV destructively, so lets not do that everytime a formula
is required. Now it's possible for other tools to require a formula
description without worrying about side-effects.
