c1912a7af5 cgal 3.9
This commit updates cgal to version 3.9 and adjusts the syntax to
follow cmake usage: cmake [options] <path-to-source>
This compiles on 64bit Snow Leopard using XCode-4.0.2 using clang,
llvm-2335, and gcc-4.2.1.5666.
