clang doesn't handle flexible arrays of non-POD types. So instead
of a flexible array, use a 0-length array.

* ENV.x11 now updates path, so remove that from individual brews
brewkit.rb changes ENV destructively, so lets not do that everytime a formula
is required. Now it's possible for other tools to require a formula
description without worrying about side-effects.
