596d8ac277 GPGME depends on gnupg. 
GnuPG needs to be built before GPGME to prevent an error
in the Ruby gpgme gem:

  ArgumentError (released ctx):
    gpgme (1.0.8) lib/gpgme.rb:967:in `gpgme_set_armor'
    gpgme (1.0.8) lib/gpgme.rb:967:in `armor='
