The name of the app bundle is case-sensitive, and breaks without both
of the F’s capitalised. This fixes that.

When OpenSSL is used as an option, it currently taps the system
OpenSSL. This fixes that by adding an optional dependency to our
OpenSSL.

Hevea 2.18 has been removed from hevea.inria.fr/distri, and replaced with hevea 2.19. 'inreplace' is not required anymore.
