a867bf1f20 freetds.rb: additional options 
Add option --enable-msdblib so that users can get SQL Server compatibility
Add option --enable-sybase-compat so that users can get Sybase compatibility

b4edad8056 freetds: compile against SSL 
SSL is needed for Azure support, and surprisingly
the build system can find this location by itself.

1524bcf23e freetds: add "--with-unixodbc" 
Without this option, freetds will compile against other available ODBC, in
Mac OS X for example, it will compile against native OS X iodbc installation.

Removed "--enable-msdblib" and use proper "--with-tdsver=7.1" for 0.91.
