I can't find a solid reason why the checksum on 0.2.4 broke beside the maintainer
replying to an bug report email post-release with "Thanks, fixed".
However, since then two releases have been made, both announced on various official
channels and adopted into Debian so I don't think we need to poke this too much.

chuck 1.3.5.2: add Xcode dependency, remove patch
- update chuck to 1.3.5.2
- chuck invokes xcodebuild so add Xcode as a requirement instead of
unexpectedly failing when only the CLT is present
- remove the inlined 10.11-10.13 version-matching patch in favor of the
corresponding upstream fix
