A few formulae are missing trailing newlines.
Let's be POSIXly correct about trailing newlines, which are part of the
definition of a "line" and hence a "file". Even "diff" has it's own
special handling for files without trailing newlines.
Perhaps an audit check is in order.

brewkit.rb changes ENV destructively, so lets not do that everytime a formula
is required. Now it's possible for other tools to require a formula
description without worrying about side-effects.
