7bd947eb0b Update formulae for version 0.7
* Use new "url" features
* Use keg_only DSL
* Use "skip_clean :all" DSL
* Whitespace and style cleanups
* Make bash invocations less silly
* Use new man2-man8 helpers
* Remove "FileUtils." since it is included in Formula
* Use real names for deps instead of aliases
* ENV.x11 now updates path, so remove that from individual brews

4a0a4b3cbd Adds new formula: bitlbee
Adds new Bitlbee formula for version 1.2.7

    BitlBee brings IM (instant messaging) to IRC clients. It's a great
    solution for people who have an IRC client running all the time and
    don't want to run an additional MSN/AIM/whatever client.

    BitlBee currently supports the following IM networks/protocols:
    XMPP/Jabber (including Google Talk), MSN Messenger, Yahoo!
    Messenger, AIM and ICQ.
