Incredibly simple formula for the GTK+3 port of the Clearlooks theme. No compile
necessary.
The test is awful, but it's the same sort of test we use on all the other GTK/GTK+3
themes as obviously, no binaries, no libraries, nothing to actually really test.
Verified working as expected locally. Would be nice to add it to Homebrew as
finding GTK+3 themes that people haven't *completely* given up maintaining and
stop functioning rather quickly is increasingly troublesome.
