Update jpeg to 8b & build Universal
...
Needed to allow wine, which is i386-only, to make use of its dependency on jpeg.

s/require 'brewkit'/require 'formula'/g
...
brewkit.rb changes ENV destructively, so lets not do that everytime a formula
is required. Now it's possible for other tools to require a formula
description without worrying about side-effects.
