I forked ldbd a while ago and modded (without much knowledge) the files
to get it to build on 10.7 with Xcode 4. I tried to get the changes
incorporated into the upstream, but have never gotten a response.

There has been no upstream activity for this software, and the build
depends on specific versions of Xcode and GCC. Since this isn't compatible
going forward, and we don't want to carry xcode project patches in core,
moving to the boneyard.
Fix install when user has configured Xcode's SYMROOT setting to
point to a custom location instead of the default.

brewkit.rb changes ENV destructively, so lets not do that everytime a formula
is required. Now it's possible for other tools to require a formula
description without worrying about side-effects.
