This is an extraction of the Argp header and library from Glibc. It may be used as a dependency for formulae that depend on the argp functionality of Glibc.

Parsley is head-only with no stable versions available, and hasn't been
updated for two years. argp-standalone is only used by parsley and does
not have a real homepage.
