brewkit.rb changes ENV destructively, so lets not do that everytime a formula
is required. Now it's possible for other tools to require a formula
description without worrying about side-effects.
The WeeChat devs don't know about CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX apparently, someone
should tell them. I won't. I plan on just sitting back and shacking my head
side-to-side instead.
