The tests try to link with dbus-glib, but dbus-glib depends on dbus.

This commit upgrades d-bus to 1.4.16 with no other changes.
It compiles without error using clang, llvm, and gcc-4.2.1 from
XCode-4.0.2 on OSX 10.6.8, x64 kernel.

Documentation now has instructions on creating ~/Library/LaunchAgents
directory for first time installs of Formulas.
Appending trailing slash to Formula documentation in regards to copying
plists to LaunchAgents directory.

The patch was merged upstream.
The launchctl stuff apparently didn't work properly.
brewkit.rb changes ENV destructively, so lets not do that everytime a formula
is required. Now it's possible for other tools to require a formula
description without worrying about side-effects.
