eefd790622
Bumps the devel build from 1.7.22 to 1.7.23. The patch included in the devel block is still relevant so I’ve included a new code comment to highlight that, so that it can be more accurately tracked over time. I’ve also upgrade the wine links to https, which the wine website now supports. Closes Homebrew/homebrew#31139. Signed-off-by: Jack Nagel <jacknagel@gmail.com>
