🍻 Default formulae for the missing package manager for macOS

Dominyk Tiller 13db224c2a shadowsocks-libev: stop supporting polarssl ... The PolarSSL changes are available partially upstream, but not finished yet. Since our default is OpenSSL & upstream's preferred default is OpenSSL, let's just kill the option for now.
