🍻 Default formulae for the missing package manager for macOS

Add a default plist to launch_socket_server which does the most useful typical configuration for a Homebrew user: proxy everything on localhost:8080 to localhost:80 so you can use e.g. `nginx` on port 80 as a non-root user. How do I install these formulae?
Just brew install <formula>. This is the default tap for Homebrew and is installed by default.
Troubleshooting
