- Upgrade to 0.6.55
- Add an option to build the python bindings
- Add a configure flag to help it find `libboost_python-mt`
- Add a `--disable-dependency-tracking`
- Add a env var to fix the LINKFORSHARED built into HB Python.
- Add an option to build `pst2dii` using `gd`

Closes Homebrew/homebrew#14721.
