🍻 Default formulae for the missing package manager for macOS

In reference to the problems discussed in Homebrew/homebrew#42532, as far as I can see: * CLT/Xcode updates have happened. * Building against CLT with Ruby option no longer throws fatal errors locally. * ap_release.h was updated with the correct internal versioning. If it passes the CI, I'll merge it. We've been sitting on this for months. Closes Homebrew/homebrew#42532. |
