Jack Nagel 2d7530697f bash-completion: cleanup
- Remove HEAD build; HEAD is incompatible with the bash that OS X
ships. Add a comment suggesting users check out homebrew-versions for
   a bash-completion 2.0 formula.
 - Automatically symlink Homebrew's completion script into the
   bash_completion.d directory.
