Sven Strothoff 2f530d2f36 mutt: add gpgme option
Add gpgme as an optional dependency to mutt. Compiling mutt using
"--with-gpgme" will build mutt with gpgme support for accessing GnuPG.

Closes Homebrew/homebrew#25438.
