Elliot Murphy 6da39153e2 Update to Bazaar 2.3 for Python 2.7 compatibility
Bazaar 2.2 had a bug when run under Python 2.7, and the new release
fixes the problem. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/612096
