Neal Gompa 6b5ecb109b rpm 4.14.0 
Switch to rpm.org variant and update to 4.14.

The commonly used version of RPM is from rpm.org, which is actively
maintained by developers of Fedora (Red Hat), SUSE, and Mageia. It is
also the variant shipped in Gentoo, Debian/Ubuntu, and other non-RPM
based Linux distributions.

Generally speaking, this is the RPM people expect for building and
testing packages.

Closes #19488.

Homebrew Core

Core formulae for the Homebrew package manager.

How do I install these formulae?

Just brew install <formula>. This is the default tap for Homebrew and is installed by default.

Troubleshooting

First, please run brew update (twice) and brew doctor.

Second, read the Troubleshooting Checklist.

If you don’t read these it will take us far longer to help you with your problem.

Read CONTRIBUTING.md.
