Janko Marohnić 7d36ba3527 Add "libvips" alias for "vips" formula (#47686) 
The VIPS C library has been renamed to "libvips", so I can imagine many
people trying to `brew install libvips`. So, for convenience we add a
"libvips" alias for the "vips" formula.

Just brew install <formula>. This is the default tap for Homebrew and is installed by default.
