stdenv sets LC_CTYPE=C, which causes the test to fail with a segfault if boost was built with icu4c. This commit avoids the bug by just undoing the intervention in the usual environment that triggers the problem. Alternatively, setting LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 works fine, too. |

Update Bug
If Homebrew was updated on Aug 10-11th 2016 and brew update always says Already up-to-date. you need to run:
cd "$(brew --repo)" && git fetch && git reset --hard origin/master && brew update
How do I install these formulae?
Just brew install <formula>. This is the default tap for Homebrew and is installed by default.
