🍻 Default formulae for the missing package manager for macOS

Brandon Bennett 9905fe1adc u-boot-tools 2012.10 ... Add in u-boot-tools which are used to create bootable kernel and ramdisk images for embeded platforms taht use the uboot bootloader such as sheevaplugs, android, etc. Closes Homebrew/homebrew#15764.
