🍻 Default formulae for the missing package manager for macOS

Updates Valgrind to 3.7.0. This version adds (preliminary) support for OS X 10.7 as well as XCode 4. Support for 10.5 is dropped, so when 10.5 is detected it will install 3.6.1.
